Hi Jennifer,
What a beautiful quilt design for the cover.  I love the way that Honi combines applique with piecing.  Congratulations.

Love the cover!! I can hardly wait to get my copy. I’m looking forward to meeting you in person at the Hillman, MI retreat.  You are one of my favorite authors, and I get a chance to spend a few days with you. I can hardly wait!! (Just pray we don’t get any of that white stuff to welcome you!) See you in Oct.

Hi Jennifer, While down in Cape May, NJ just prior to Christmas last year, I was browsing at the local bookstore when the cover to one of your books caught my eye.  I purchased it and read it, and have since read all 9 of them.  I have so enjoyed them.  I have never quilted, though someday I will learn.  However, I have loved quilts and the histories and stories behind them for as long as I can remember.  I have them all over our home.  For me, the phrase about how families are like quilts is very touching, as I have a blended family.  And though I don’t share DNA with my stepchildren and grandchildren, we are all united, bound together with love.  I was sad when I finished the last book, until I read you have another coming out.  YEAH!  I will be Barnes and Noble when it comes out, and will probably have it read within a couple of days.  The Elm Creek characters have developed as a family since the originals Bergstroms.  As a reader I feel as I am part of that family as well.

I read all 9 books after they caught my eye at a library display.  There was only a short wait for the last one, now there is a longer wait!  The characters are like family and I have loved all of the books.  I’ll be buying the next one and hope I will be able to meet Jennifer at a signing.  Please keep the wonderful stories coming!

Dear Jennifer,
I have just finished reading the New Year’s Quilt. I loved reading every word of it while I cuddled under my cozy quilt on my couch during the holidays while I was recovering from a nasty flue over Christmas.
I hope you continue your story of the Elm Creek Quilt Camp. I would love to know how Sarah McClure and her hubby are doing.... I think you should write about their li family and their future firstborn ??? Just food for thought for your next book.
Thanks for being my author friend, as I feel that we are indeed “Friends” in quilting. - Karen xo

I loved the book - I too have read all your books and eagerly await the next one.  I feel that Sylvia and Sarah are my family too!!!  The books also inspire me to get back to my quilting when I stray!  Thanks a bundle!  Ag
